Modes of Payment
We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Diners & American Express), provide Net Banking and UPI as payment options through our payment gateway service provider PayU.
Refunds and cancellations
Tvam endeavours to ensure that every transaction across our platforms is seamless. For any transaction where money has been deducted but service has not been provided, the customer’s money shall be refunded back to source through our payment gateway.
In case an auto-refund is not applied, customer may raise a request for the same through the help and support section on the tvam app or by writing to us at: support@tvam.co. . Once approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours from our end and credited back to source within 5 working days.
tvam holds the sole discretion to process or decline any cancellation request or refund request originating due dissatisfaction with the service provided.
All refunds and cancellations are subject to our general and product-specific terms and conditions.
